Kiwi TukTuk Case Study
Kiwi TukTuk is an innovative tourism transport in Auckland, that introduced first and only electric TukTuks in New Zealand. The client had monotonous website with very ineffective booking system built on Wix. Both did not bring much excitement to customers and did not work as per client’s needs.

Previous website did not have any obvious Call-to-Actions and some elements of the menu did not work. The website overall did not show all the fun points of interest that Kiwi TukTuk offers to its customers. We made the website look bright, fun, highlighting its unique features and telling a story of the brand. We also brought much more functionality, linked it with social media, Trip Advisor and Google Maps. We have created and added several slide-shows with photos and descriptions of what potential customers could get if they book a tour with Kiwi TukTuk.

BOOKING ENGINE
Previous booking engine was built on WIX platform and was not flexible or attractive. It did not provide much functionality and did not allow to integrate other booking agencies with it. Moreover, it did not support integration on to the website.
Therefore, we switched Kiwi TukTuk to another booking engine called Rezdy, which allowed us to fully customise EVERYTHING. Now Kiwi TukTuk does need to have 5 different calendars with bookings coming from all other websites, Rezdy synchronises them all into one calendar and allows to connect new booking agents in a fast and easy way. Moreover, the new booking platform is integrated directly onto website, which provide exceptional User-Experience for the customers.

SOCIAL MEDIA
Previously our client did not post much on Facebook and Instagram, whereas undoubtedly social media provides a huge potential to promote business online. Therefore, Weblizard posts all the fun and interesting info, photos and videos about Kiwi TukTuk, its customers, places and news. Since the very start, posts engagement and following encreases on weekly basis and SM promotions lead hundreds of customers weekly on to the new website.

We have been looking for sometime for the right person or company to assist us in getting a very good website and Social media platform that would place Kiwi Connect NZ in the spot light of multi- ple sectors of the tourism industry both here in New Zealand and abroad.
I meet Anastasia 6 months ago while she was working on another project that we were both involved with and it was like a breath of fresh air if I’m being honest with what she brought to the table in a very short time which simply blew us away! I knew then that this was the team we had been looking for an approached Anastasia to request she review our project and provide costings.

Her attention to detail is second to none and what was produced in a very short time to include visits to our location of operation to record video and drone footage was simply superb. It was wow factor and following this up with Social media campaigns that are already giving us a much better result with enquiries and bookings!
