What can be automated?
Most repetitive, rules-based work: replying to enquiries, moving details between apps, drafting quotes and invoices, sending reminders and follow-ups, filing documents and building reports. If you do the same steps every week, it can usually be automated.
What’s the difference between automation and AI?
Automation follows rules: when this happens, do that. AI handles the parts that need judgement, like reading an email, understanding what a customer wants or drafting a reply. We use both: rules where things must be exact, AI where it saves you thinking time.
Which apps do you work with?
We connect to the tools you already use, such as your email, calendar, CRM, accounting software, website and forms. If something can’t be connected, we’ll tell you before we start.
What happens if something goes wrong?
