What is an AI OS?
An AI OS (AI operating system) is one AI system built around your business. It knows your services, prices, processes and tone of voice, connects to the tools you already use, and runs assistants and automations that answer, draft, follow up and report. Instead of scattered chatbots, everything works from the same knowledge.
Do I need to change my software?
No. We connect your AI OS to the tools you already use, such as your email, calendar, CRM, accounting software and website. If something can’t be connected, we’ll tell you before we start.
Will AI replace my staff?
No. It takes the repetitive work off their plate (copying data, answering the same questions, chasing follow-ups) so they can spend more time with customers. Anything important still goes to a person to approve.
Is my data safe?
We design every system with the NZ Privacy Act 2020 in mind. You decide what the AI can see and do, sensitive steps need a human to approve them, and we explain in plain English where your information goes.
How long does it take?
We start with one workflow that saves you the most time, so you see it working early. The full timeline depends on how much you want to automate, and we’ll map it out with you on the free strategy call.
Am I locked into a contract?
